GDPR
Privacy policy
This policy describes the processing of personal data on the website in the repository's current configuration: a static showcase site with no private area, no forms, and no active analytics or marketing tools.
1. Data controller
Controller: Massimiliano Bianchini
Privacy email: bianchini.massimiliano.34578@gmail.com
2. Categories of data processed
In its current configuration, the website does not collect data voluntarily entered through forms, does not create user accounts, and does not use newsletters.
Technical navigation data may still be processed when necessary for the operation and security of the website, such as IP address, user agent, HTTP request, access date and time, error logs, and network data generated by the hosting provider or CDN.
When a user opens external links to third parties, such as GitHub, the related processing is governed by the policies of the external service reached by the user.
Site fonts are handled through the project build and served as site assets, without requiring the user's browser to contact Google Fonts in real time while browsing.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Technical navigation data is processed to provide the website, ensure security, prevent abuse, manage errors, and maintain service availability.
The main legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the controller's legitimate interest in making the website available in a secure and reliable way. If any processing is strictly necessary to respond to a user's request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by technical providers appointed as processors, within the limits necessary for hosting, content delivery, security, and website maintenance.
5. Transfers to third countries
Any transfers outside the EU/EEA depend on infrastructure providers or third parties reached through external links. Before publication, the hosting provider and any suppliers used should be checked for appropriate safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
6. Retention period
Navigation data is retained only for the time strictly necessary for the technical and security purposes described above, and in particular according to the retention settings configured by the hosting provider or CDN.
7. Data subject rights
In the cases provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.
Requests can be sent to bianchini.massimiliano.34578@gmail.com. The right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) remains unaffected.
8. Linked third-party services
